At Ebbets Field Flannels, we take pride in our authentic craftsmanship and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer returns and exchanges on unworn, non-customized items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all authentic vintage tags and labels are still attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our Seattle warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
